Latest Information on our COVID-19 Response

At Liberty National Bank, the health and well-being of our customers, colleagues and communities are our top priority. This page will provide current information on changes to in-person banking and the ways in which Liberty National Bank will continue to provide excellent service to meet all your banking needs.

Lobbies Re-opened on March 8, 2021

All lobbies are open for normal business as of March 8. Safety and social distancing protocols will be observed.
  • Please do not visit the lobby if you are feeling ill or have been exposed to someone who is ill.
  • Social distancing will be observed.
  • You will be required to wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth at all times. We will provide a mask if you do not have one.
  • We routinely clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (like door handles, pens, desks, drive-thru canisters and ATM keypads). Hand sanitizer is available for you to use.

Stimulus Payment Information (March, 2021)

Here is information to help you know when your stimulus payment has been deposited in your Liberty National Bank account.
  • The Bank receives ACH deposits from the U.S. Treasury mid-morning. If your deposit hasn’t arrived by mid-morning, please check the next day. Deposit availability is also available on your online banking account.
  • To receive deposit alerts, please log on to your online banking and select the Options Tab, Alerts. You will then receive an alert when your deposit has arrived.
  • To check the status of your payment, please go to irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment.

Paycheck Protection Program — Round 3

On Monday, December 28, President Trump signed a $900 billion COVID-19 relief bill, which includes funding for a third round of Payment Protection Program (PPP) loans.

Liberty National Bank will be fully engaged in this next round of PPP lending. We estimate that the SBA will begin receiving round 3 applications between January 15 and January 22. As was the case with the previous rounds of PPP loans, we are awaiting clear guidance from the SBA regarding certain details of the Program, and will provide regular updates as the rules are released.

The following is what we expect in PPP round 3:
  • A total of $248 billion in funding
  • Borrower’s total employment capped at 300
  • Eligibility based on revenue decline of at least 25% — top line revenue comparison between 2019 and 2020 1st, 2nd, 3rd quarters
  • A maximum of $2 million per loan for round 3
  • A maximum of an aggregated total of $10 million for rounds 1,2, and 3
  • Existing EIDL loan advance to be eliminated from PPP forgiveness — awaiting guidance from SBA regarding EIDL payments already netted from forgiveness
  • Simplified forgiveness for existing PPP loans of $150,000 or less, with blanket certification from the borrower
  • Borrower not required to have completed forgiveness from rounds 1 or 2 to qualify for round 3 loan
As additional clear guidance on the latest PPP requirements becomes available to financial institutions, we will keep you advised of current developments and will reach out to all existing customers to determine interest in this valuable resource.
