Ron Zimmerly

President, CEO
Ron ZimmerlyRon is a twenty-eight year veteran of the banking industry. He joined Liberty National Bank in 1999 as Vice President of Commercial Lending, was promoted in 2004 to Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer and was appointed President and CEO in 2010. In 1986, Ron graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics, with a specialization in Finance. Ron has also completed the Graduate School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin in 2010.

He currently serves on the Board for the United Way of Logan County, Hardin County Foundation Board of Directors, Union County Foundation Board of Directors and the Ohio Bankers Benefits Trust Board. Ron is the Past Chairman of the Hardin County Business Alliance, Logan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Ohio Bankers League Service Board. Ron and his wife Kelli, reside in Bellefontaine.
 

Bryan Marshall

Executive Vice President, CFO
Bryan MarshallBryan started in banking in 1976. He graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management. He also is a graduate of: Ohio School of Banking; Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin -- Madison; Hardin County Leadership Program; and OBA Leadership Institute. Bryan has held several officer positions since joining Liberty National Bank in 1984. His current position is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as Secretary for the Bank and Holding Company Boards.

In the community, Bryan is the Treasurer for the Ada Kiwanis Club and is a Trustee with the Ada Community Improvement Corporation. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce and Hardin Memorial Hospital and has served on the ONU Business College Advisory Board. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ada. A life-long resident of Hardin County, Bryan resides in Ada with his wife Colleen and daughter Meredith.
 

Anna Maria Brenneman

Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Anna Maria BrennemanAnna Maria Brenneman is the Chief Lending Officer at Liberty National Bank. She is responsible for the Lending Sales Team and the Loan Operations Staff. Anna Maria has worked in the banking industry for over 25 years. She has held various executive positions with other financial institutions. Anna Maria and her husband, Greg, live in Bluffton, Ohio. They have two grown sons, Zachary and Joshua, and five grandchildren. Anna Maria graduated from Rhodes State College (fka LTC) and has taken various classes at Bluffton University. She has participated in numerous banking schools and related training sessions. Anna Maria enjoys spending time outdoors, boating and riding 4-wheelers with her husband. She especially enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
 

Patricia A. Arnett

Senior Vice President, Human Resource Director, Cash Management Officer
Patricia A. ArnettPatricia has been with Liberty National Bank since 1987. She is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources/ Cash Management Officer. Since coming to Liberty, Patricia has held various positions prior to being promoted to her current position in May 2004.

Patricia is a 1997 graduate of the OBA School of Banking, a 1998 graduate of the Hardin County Leadership Program and a 2012 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin. A life resident of Hardin County, Patricia is a Past Chairman of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance. She is also on the Ohio Area 8 Workforce Investment Board.
 

Rebecca A. Noblit

Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Rebecca A. NoblitBecca joined Liberty National Bank in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. She is responsible for the Credit Administration and Loan Operations staff. With more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Becca has held various positions focused principally in credit administration and risk management areas. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received her Master’s degree from Ohio Dominican University.

In the community, Becca is a graduate of Leadership Delaware County and has served as an Impact Team member for the United Way of Delaware County. Becca currently serves as her church treasurer, and volunteers her time for various community organizations including the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and Boy Scouts of America. Becca lives in Sunbury, Ohio with her husband, Ryan, and their two sons, Carson and Kolton.
 

Donald Price

Vice President, Commercial Lender
Donald PriceDonald Price is Vice President of Commercial Lending. Don came to us with 25 years experience in the financial and banking industries with a focus in management and commercial lending. Don also owned, operated and managed his own construction business in the private sector for 10 years. Don has offices in both our Kenton and Marysville branches, where he serves the needs of commercial customers located in Hardin, Marion, Union, Franklin and surrounding counties. Don received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University. He has also attended commercial lending and various other banking schools. Don and his wife, Barb, live in Caledonia. They have two grown children. In his free time, Don enjoys his horses, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. His professional accomplishments include serving on the Board of The Marion Area Counseling Center and various activities and committees at First Church of the Nazarene, where he is a member.
 

Michael Waddell

Vice President, Commercial Lender
Michael WaddellMichael has been in banking since 2001, and has served in various roles within the industry. He began his banking career in 2001 in retail banking & consumer financing. He moved to commercial lending in 2006. With 10+ years of commercial lending experience, Michael is knowledgeable in many areas of commercial lending. These include but are not limited to: commercial & industrial, agricultural, investment real estate, real estate development, and acquisition financing.

Michael is a graduate of Cardington-Lincoln High School. He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management. Michael also completed chamber of commerce leadership programs with both the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce.

Michael and his wife, Cathy, reside in Marion, Ohio with their two daughters, Makenna and Whitney. Michael is actively involved in activities with his family including coaching both of his daughters in various sporting activities. He also has served various terms in multiple roles on his local Church board, and currently serves on the finance council.
 

Brandt Miller

Vice President, Commercial Lender
Brandt MillerBrandt has worked in the banking industry since 2002, as a Credit Analyst and a Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer. He graduated from Allen East High School and Ohio Northern University with his BSBA in Accounting. Brandt also graduated from Ag Lending School at Purdue University, School of Commercial Lending with the Ohio Bankers League and recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.

In the community, Brandt is a Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance Board Member, the Fiscal Officer for Jackson Township in Allen County, and volunteers with various activities in the community and at Allen East Schools. He is also a 2006 Graduate of the Allen-Lima Leadership program and has helped facilitate the Allen-Lima Youth Leadership program. Brandt is a past treasurer of the Lima Area Farmers Club and a former Advisory Board Member of the Walter C. Potts Entrepreneurial Center. Brandt and his wife, Melissa, live in Allen East school district outside of Lafayette. They have two children, Madison and Lilian. Brandt enjoys golfing, boating, camping and various outdoor activities.
 

Joeneé D. Purcell

Vice President, Commercial Lender
Joeneé D. PurcellJoeneé has been at Liberty National Bank since April of 2001. She served as the Loan Operations Manager, Branch Manager and Consumer/Real Estate Lender in the Plaza office, and is currently the Business Development Officer and a Commercial Lender. She is a graduate of Hardin Leadership; Hardin Leadership II; Union County Leadership Institute; OBL Consumer Credit, Real Estate Lending, Commercial Lending and Blyth School of Banking. Joeneé has served as Vice President and President of the Hardin County Business Networking International (BNI) Group. She served as the Treasurer for the board of the Union County Builders Industry Association and has volunteered and participated in the Union County United Way Community Care Day Committee. Joeneé is proud to have been a member and served on the Finance Committee for the Hardin County YMCA. The Ohio Banker’s League recently formed a new Advisory Board in 2011, called the Next Generation Advisory Board, which Joeneé was selected to serve and continues to serve. She is active in the economic development in Logan County through Team Logan. She is a 2013 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI. She currently serves on the Mary Rutan Hospital Board.
 

Chris Ramsey

Vice President, Commercial Lender
Chris RamseyChris has worked in the Central Ohio banking industry since 1987, with a focus in management and commercial lending. He specializes in commercial financing for commercial and industrial, investment real estate, real estate development, agricultural and business acquisitions. Chris graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a minor in Finance and Marketing. He also has an MBA with a Finance concentration. Chris has also completed several formal banking management, commercial credit and sales training programs throughout his career.

Chris is currently on the Board of Directors for Village Academy Schools in Powell, Ohio and Ground Level Solutions in Columbus, Ohio. Chris is active in the Central Ohio market with many charity and volunteer organizations as well as various business and professional organizations. Chris is active with the Capital Area Humane Society in Franklin County and he is the proud father of two Black Labrador Retrievers that he rescued. Chris has four adult children and two grandchildren. He and his family reside in Hilliard, Ohio.
 

Michael W. Shuster

Vice President, Security
Michael W. ShusterMike is Vice President and Security Officer for Liberty National Bank. He has been with the Bank since 1973 and has a professional career of working with consumer clients. Mike holds a BS in Comprehensive Business from the University of Findlay.

A resident of Mt. Victory, Mike has held various community positions. He is a member of the Mt. Victory Community Development and Mt. Victory Historical Group.
 

Angela D. Hersh

Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Angela D. HershAngela has been with Liberty National Bank since June, 2007. She has been in banking since 1997. She attended Ohio State University with a major in English and a minor in Finance. She is also a 2005 Graduate of Leadership Logan County. Angela is also a Graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Leadership Skills for Bankers and is a member of West Central Ohio Association of Realtors (WCARE) & Midwestern Ohio Association of Realtors (MOAR).

In the community, Angela is Past President of the Ada Rotary Club and Past Board Member of the Logan County OSU Extension. Angela is Treasurer for Logan Belle H.A.N.D., and Secretary of the Indian Lake Real Estate Association League. Angela is a member of the Temple Beth Israel and serves on their Finance Committee. Angela was also 2004 Ambassador of the year for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce. The Hersh's have four children and reside near Lafayette.
 

Sara C. Reese

Vice President, Retail Administration
Sara C. ReeseSara attended the Ohio State University and has completed her Life and Health insurance license, Series 6 securities license for annuity and mutual fund product sales, and many banking seminars.

In the community, Sara is a 2005 graduate of Hardin Leadership. She is past chairperson for Hardin County Relay For Life and past member of Kenton Kiwanis. She served as Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 121 and Boy Scout Troop 122 for five years and served on the Hardin County Chamber & Alliance Board of Directors for five years. Sara is a Logan County Area Chamber Ambassador, a member of Bellefontaine’s Rotary club, and Logan County Business Network International, and Benjamin Logan FCS Advisory Board. Sara is a past member of the Hardin Memorial Hospital Community Needs Committee.
 

Nanette B. Pfeiffer

Assistant Vice President, Commercial and Agricultural Lender
Nanette B. PfeifferNanette has been with Liberty National Bank since April 2003. She graduated from Farm Credit University with the degree of Commercial Ag Lender. She has also successfully completed CBAO’s Commercial Lending Institute. Nanette is a 2009 Graduate of Hardin Leadership. Nanette is a Board Member of the Union County Agriculture Association and for Hardin County Hospice. She is Past Board Member of the American Cancer Society of Hardin County and past Chairperson of the Hardin County Relay for Life. Currently, Nanette resides in rural Hardin County with her husband, Vaughn Pfeiffer.
 

Evan A. Smith

Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Evan A. SmithEvan joined Liberty National Bank in January, 2014 as Branch Manager/Mortgage Lender of the Marysville Office. Evan worked the previous ten years as Branch Manager of another Marysville Financial Institution. Evan has been in banking since 1986 and primarily worked to assist customers with Consumer Banking and Lending needs. He attended Ohio University and is a lifetime Columbus, Ohio resident.

Evan is currently a United Way of Union County Board Member and was Vice Chair for the 2015 United Way Campaign Drive. Evan is Treasurer for the Marysville Chapter of AmSpirit, and a Member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and the Marysville Association of Realtors.

Evan is an alumnus of the Union County Leadership Program, and has served on Memorial Hospital’s Business Relationship Committee.

Evan and his wife Linda married in 1984, and have two children. In his downtime he enjoys attending sporting events, travel, and hanging out with friends and family.
 

Heather R. Cox

Assistant Vice President, Director of Marketing
Heather R. CoxHeather is responsible for the marketing and public relations for the Bank. She has been with Liberty since 2002. Prior to working at Liberty National Bank, she worked for the Ohio Bankers League as an Education Coordinator. Heather is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management. She is also a 2003 graduate of the OBL School of Banking and attends the yearly OBL Marketing Conference.

In the community, Heather is a member of the Ada Kiwanis Club and a Past President, President of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Hardin County Business Alliance Chamber and Tourism Committee. Heather serves on the Logan County Chamber’s Golf Outing Committee and on the Putnam County Autism Advisory Council. Heather is a member of the Ohio Bankers’ League Community Bank Sales and Marketing Advisory Board. Heather is a past Board Member for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a former Chamber Ambassador; she won the 2005 Ambassador of the Year award.
 

Joyce Rostorfer

Assistant Vice President, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Joyce RostorferJoyce Rostorfer joined the Liberty National Bank team in 2012 as Assistant Vice President and Mortgage Lender in the Kenton Office. Joyce has been in banking since 1973. She is the daughter of Retired Fire Chief Frank Fields and Ruth Fields. After graduating from Kenton High School in 1970, she attended Bowling Green State University. She then went to work at The Metropolitan Bank of Lima for 2 1/2 years. Joyce then pursued her banking career for the next 2 years in Florida.

Since she moved back to Hardin County in 1977, Joyce has worked various banking positions as Teller, Banking Office Manager, and Mortgage Loan Officer. Joyce is a member of numerous social and civic organizations in Hardin County, including the Hardin County Noon Optimist , Hardin County Ambassadors, Silver Star Circle of Ridgeway and Visiting Neighbors Club of Ridgeway.

Joyce has been married to Ron since 1972, and is a parent to Christina Viers and James Rostorfer, and Step Mom to Roberta Stocker, Rhonda Townsley and Ronald Rostorfer, and numerous Grandchildren.
 

Laura M. Stimmel

Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Laura M. StimmelLaura joined Liberty National Bank in April 2017 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager and Mortgage and Consumer Lender for the Westerville office. She has been in banking since 1991. She obtained her education from Franklin University and various Ohio Bankers League classes. Prior to coming to Liberty National Bank, she spent 15+ years at a Delaware county based community bank and held many positions such as Teller, CSR, Loan Operations, Loan Officer and Branch Manager. She spent the last 7 years in the Westerville area and is an active member of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce. Laura is also a 2011 graduate of Leadership Westerville.

Laura resides in Sunbury with her husband, Ted. They have two grown children, Jordan and Heather. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
 

Amanda Crum

Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager, BSA, OFAC, Privacy and Information Security Officer
Amanda CrumAmanda is the Deposit Operations Officer. She has been with Liberty National bank since May, 1999. Amanda received her Business Admin degree from University of Northwestern Ohio in May, 2006. With Liberty, Amanda has held a teller and Customer Service Rep position and Assistant to the Operations Officer prior to becoming Operations Officer in 2013. Amanda also is the bank’s BSA Officer.

Amanda has attended numerous banking schools, seminars, continuing education courses and training sessions. In the community Amanda is a past board member, treasurer and secretary of the Kenton Kiwanis club and past member of the In-Hardin Tennis Board.

Amanda and her husband, Andrew reside in rural Kenton with their daughter.
 

Justin Ferguson

Assistant Vice President, Loan Operations Manager
Justin FergusonJustin joins Liberty as the Loan Operations Manager in Kenton. He has more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry ranging from Branch Manager to Director of Operations. Prior to his banking career, Justin worked in the insurance industry for 6 years gaining professional certifications for all lines of insurance products and investments. He has also attended various OBL seminars and is a proud graduate of their compliance school and school of bank management.

Justin currently resides in Marion with his wife Rebekah and their son Connor. He enjoys being active in his hometown community by attending various fund-raising events and volunteering his time coaching youth sports teams across the county.
 

Kelly Heckman

Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer
Kelly HeckmanKelly is the Loan Operations Manager. She has been with Liberty National Bank since August, 2009. Prior to coming to Liberty National Bank, she spent 16 years at a local community bank holding such positions as teller, deposit operations, loan processor and Deposit/Loan Operations manager. Kelly has attended numerous banking schools, seminars, continuing education courses and training sessions. She is a graduate of the OBL School of Real Estate Lending, the OBL Compliance School and the 2012 OBL Advanced Compliance School. Kelly and her husband Tom have 2 grown children, Shane and Erica, and reside in Bluffton, Ohio.
 

Corrine S. Mitchell

Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Corrine S. MitchellCorrie is the Mortgage and Consumer Lender in the Bellefontaine North Office. Corrie has been in Banking since 1997 and has been a Mortgage Lender since 2009. She is a Kent State University Graduate with an associate degree in Accounting. A native of Northeast Ohio Corrie has been a resident of Logan County since 2016. She is a member of Kiwanis and Toastmasters and is a 2018 Graduate of Logan County Leadership. Corrie has a daughter Alexis who is a recent graduate of Hiram College. Corrie resides in Bellefontaine with her husband Dwayne.
 

Denyse Bayliss

Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Denyse BaylissDenyse joins Liberty as a Mortgage and Consumer Lender in Bellefontaine. She has more than 35 years of banking experience. Denyse has held various positions during the years as bookkeeper, teller, loan processor and branch management. Denyse helped both Consumer and Commercial customers improve their financial future.

Denyse has been very active in Logan County through agencies such as Logan County Developmental Disabilities, MHDAS, Hilliker YMCA, Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Logan County Leadership graduate, United Way of Logan County, Relay For Life, Women Arise, and MRH Patient Advisory Board.

Denyse enjoys outside activities with family/friends and cooking. Denyse resides in Zanesfield, Ohio with husband, Keith. They have an adult son, Zane.
 

Patrick S. Smith

Internal Auditor
Patrick S. SmithPatrick has an Accounting degree from Hillsdale College and over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous positions include Internal Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Financial Control, and licensed insurance agent. He came to Liberty National Bank in January 2009. Patrick has served two terms as a local school board member and continues to serve as a Board Member of the Bellevue High School Alumni Association.
 

Susan Thompson

Human Resources Manager
Susan ThompsonSusan is the Human Resources Manager for Liberty National Bank. She joined our Ada office in November of 1995 as a Loan Processor. Throughout the years she has also worked as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and HR Assistant. Susan is a 2014 graduate of Hardin Leadership. She has attended the Ohio Bankers League Human Resources Conference in 2013, 2014, and 2015 as well as various seminars among them being Principles of Banking. Susan is a lifelong resident of Hardin County and currently resides in Alger with her husband Dan; she has two children, Luke and Katie, and three grandchildren, Laenen, Rhett, and Maeve.
 

Corsie M. Arn

Branch Operations Manager, Ada Branch
Corsie M. ArnCorsie is the Branch Operations Manager for the Ada office. She has been with Liberty National Bank since February 2003. Corsie has served as Teller, Teller Supervisor and HR Assistant. Corsie has attended Rhodes State College (AKA LTC) and has attended several seminars and completed courses on managing and supervising. She has taken continuing education classes for Managers, and Supervisors. Corsie is a 2013 graduate of Hardin leadership and is currently serving on the Ada Area Chamber Board of Directors as treasurer / secretary. She also serves on the Ada Buy Local Committee of Ada and Ada Pool Committee. Corsie has been a lifelong resident of Hardin County and resides outside of Ada with husband Scott and two children Kama and Kaden.
 

Amanda Striblen

Branch Operations Manager, Kenton Branch
Amanda StriblenAmanda joined the Liberty team in the spring of 2018 as the Branch Operations Manager at our Kenton office. Amanda has been in the banking industry since 2012 and has held various positions. She worked her way up from a teller to a lender to now a manager.

Amanda grew up in the village of Prospect and now resides in Kenton with her fur baby Daisy. She is a member of the Kenton Rotary Club and Hardin County Young Professionals. In her free time Amanda enjoys gardening, boating, sports, and painting.
 

Jodi Dearth

Controller
Jodi DearthJodi Dearth has been with Liberty National Bank since November, 2003. She is a 1992 graduate of Kent State University. She has over twenty years experience in various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. For many years, she served as Administrative Assistant to the CFO of Liberty National Bank. Her duties involve various financial and interest rate risk reporting, as well as regulatory reporting for the bank. She also works with our shareholders.

Jodi is a 2017 graduate of Hardin Leadership, and is a member of the Hardin Leadership Steering Committee. She is also a member of Hardin County/Kenton Soroptimists.
 

Jeremy Malick

Information Technology Officer
Jeremy MalickJeremy started working for Liberty National Bank in April 2006 as the IT Manager. He now holds the title of Information Technology Officer. Jeremy oversees all IT operations. He hold various IT certifications as well as graduating from the Graduate School of Bank Technology Management School.

Jeremy and his wife Katie have been married since 2007 and have four young children. He likes spending his time with his wonderful wife and playing with his kids.
