Ron is a twenty-eight year veteran of the banking industry. He joined Liberty National Bank in 1999 as Vice President of Commercial Lending, was promoted in 2004 to Executive Vice President/Senior Loan Officer and was appointed President and CEO in 2010. In 1986, Ron graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics, with a specialization in Finance. Ron has also completed the Graduate School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin in 2010.
He currently serves on the Board for the United Way of Logan County, Hardin County Foundation Board of Directors, Union County Foundation Board of Directors and the Ohio Bankers Benefits Trust Board. Ron is the Past Chairman of the Hardin County Business Alliance, Logan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Ohio Bankers League Service Board. Ron and his wife Kelli, reside in Bellefontaine.
Anna Maria Brenneman
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Anna Maria Brenneman is an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Liberty National Bank. Anna Maria joined the Bank in 2009 and has 30 years of banking experience. She is responsible for the oversight of the commercial, consumer, and mortgage lending sales teams. Prior to joining Liberty National Bank, Anna Maria held various executive positions with other financial institutions. She is a graduate of Rhodes State College (fka LTC) and has taken various classes at Bluffton University. She has participated in numerous banking schools over the years and attended a variety of banking courses.
Anna Maria and her husband, Greg, live in Bluffton, Ohio. They have two grown sons, Zachary and Joshua, and five grandchildren. Anna Maria enjoys spending her free time outdoors, boating and camping with her husband. She especially enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Executive Vice President, CFO
Bryan has been with Liberty National Bank since 1984. His current position is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He also serves as Secretary for the Bank and Holding Company Boards. Bryan graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Management. He also is a 1986 graduate of the Ohio School of Banking; a 1992 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin; a 1994 graduate of the Hardin County Leadership Program and a 1994 graduate of the OBA Leadership Institute.
In the community, Bryan has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce and Hardin Memorial Hospital and has served on the ONU Business College Advisory Board. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Ada Kiwanis Club and is a Trustee with the Ada Community Improvement Corporation. He is also a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ada. A life-long resident of Hardin County, Bryan resides in Ada with his wife, Colleen and daughter Meredith.
Tom is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Liberty National Bank. He joined Liberty in February 2020 and provides strategic leadership in the areas of Retail Banking, Operations, IT, and Investor Relations. Tom has spent nearly 27 years in the banking industry and has served in multiple disciplines including Accounting and Finance, Sales and Business Development, Wealth Management, Strategic Planning, and Management Consulting.
Tom is a 1991 Graduate of The Ohio State University with a BSBA in Finance and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst professional designation. He resides in Plain City and has four children and one grandchild. He is a Board Member of the Plain City Area Ball Association and past Board President of the Auditory Oral Children’s Center in Dublin, Ohio.
Patricia A. Arnett
Senior Vice President, Human Resource Director, Cash Management Officer
Patricia has been with Liberty National Bank since 1987. She is currently Senior Vice President of Human Resources/ Cash Management Officer. Since coming to Liberty, Patricia has held various positions prior to being promoted to her current position in May 2004.
Patricia is a 1997 graduate of the OBA School of Banking, a 1998 graduate of the Hardin County Leadership Program and a 2012 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin. A life resident of Hardin County, Patricia is a Past Chairman of the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance. She is also on the Ohio Area 8 Workforce Investment Board.
Rebecca A. Noblit
Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Becca joined Liberty National Bank in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. She is responsible for the Credit Administration and Loan Operations staff. With more than 15 years of experience in the banking industry, Becca has held various positions focused principally in credit administration and risk management areas. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received her Master’s degree from Ohio Dominican University.
In the community, Becca is a graduate of Leadership Delaware County and has served as an Impact Team member for the United Way of Delaware County. Becca currently serves as her church treasurer, and volunteers her time for various community organizations including the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, and Delaware County 4-H.
Robin J. Beverly
Vice President, IT Director
Robin is Vice President/IT Director at Liberty National Bank, joining in January 2020. He oversees all Information Technology functions. Robin has over twenty-five years of Information Technology experience with a focus on server/desktop/network administration and cyber security.
Robin received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from The Ohio State University and holds numerous technical certifications.
Robin and his wife Paula are residents of Hardin County and have four adult children and one new grandchild.
Angela D. Hersh
Vice President of Mortgage Lending, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Angela has been with Liberty National Bank since June, 2007. She has been in banking since 1997. She attended Ohio State University with a major in English and a minor in Finance. She is also a 2005 Graduate of Leadership Logan County. Angela is also a Graduate of the Ohio Bankers League Leadership Skills for Bankers and is a member of West Central Ohio Association of Realtors (WCARE) & Midwestern Ohio Association of Realtors (MOAR).
In the community, Angela is Past President of the Ada Rotary Club and Past Board Member of the Logan County OSU Extension. She is past Treasurer for Logan Belle H.A.N.D., and past Secretary of the Indian Lake Real Estate Association League. Angela is a member of the Temple Beth Israel and serves on their Finance Committee. Angela was also 2004 Ambassador of the year for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce. The Hersh’s have four children and reside near Lafayette.
Vice President, Commercial Lender
Brandt has worked in the banking industry since 2002, as a Credit Analyst and a Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer. He graduated from Allen East High School and Ohio Northern University with his BSBA in Accounting. Brandt also graduated from Ag Lending School at Purdue University, School of Commercial Lending with the Ohio Bankers League and recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI.
In the community, Brandt is a Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance Board Member, the Fiscal Officer for Jackson Township in Allen County, and volunteers with various activities in the community and at Allen East Schools. He is also a 2006 Graduate of the Allen-Lima Leadership program and has helped facilitate the Allen-Lima Youth Leadership program. Brandt is a past treasurer of the Lima Area Farmers Club and a former Advisory Board Member of the Walter C. Potts Entrepreneurial Center. Brandt and his wife, Melissa, live in Allen East school district outside of Lafayette. They have two children, Madison and Lilian. Brandt enjoys golfing, boating, camping and various outdoor activities.
Vice President, Commercial Lender
Tom joins Liberty National Bank with over 25 years of Banking experience. A lifelong Central Ohio resident, Tom attended Bishop Watterson high school then pursued a secondary education degree at The Ohio State University. His entry into banking was on the consumer receivables side.
Tom has spent the majority of his Commercial lending career within the construction industry. First with a National Bank leasing corporation providing financing for heavy equipment. Becoming a Commercial Banker in 1991, Tom has worked with Contractors, Medical Professionals, Manufacturers, Real Estate Developers, Retail Operators and owners of Investment real Estate.
Tom is involved with the Powell Chamber of Commerce, Olentangy Rotary, Olentangy Orange Athletic Boosters, Boy Scouts of America and has coached his kids sports teams for many years. Tom and his wife Cami are the proud parents of five adult children and reside in Southern Delaware county with their youngest child and two dogs. In his spare time, Tom enjoys sports of all types, reading and spending time with family.
Vice President, Commercial Lender
Donald Price is Vice President of Commercial Lending. Don came to us with 25 years experience in the financial and banking industries with a focus in management and commercial lending. Don also owned, operated and managed his own construction business in the private sector for 10 years. Don has offices in both our Kenton and Marysville branches, where he serves the needs of commercial customers located in Hardin, Marion, Union, Franklin and surrounding counties. Don received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University. He has also attended commercial lending and various other banking schools. Don and his wife, Barb, live in Caledonia. They have two grown children. In his free time, Don enjoys his horses, hunting, fishing and the great outdoors. His professional accomplishments include serving on the Board of The Marion Area Counseling Center and various activities and committees at First Church of the Nazarene, where he is a member.
Sara C. Reese
Vice President, Retail Administration
Sara is Vice President/Retail Administrator at Liberty National Bank. As Retail Administrator, Sara oversees the branch retail staff. Sara joined Liberty National Bank in 2010, bringing with her 10 years of retail banking, investment and teller supervisor experience. Since joining the bank, Sara has held several positions, including Mortgage Lender/Branch Manager, before being promoted to her current position in October 2015.
Sara attended The Ohio State University, is a 2019 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin, and received a 2019 Certificate of Executive Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Business School. She is a 2005 Hardin Leadership graduate.
In the community, Sara is past chair of Hardin County Relay For Life, past member and Treasurer for Logan County Business Network International, and served on the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance board for 5 years. She is a past member of Kenton Kiwanis and Bellefontaine Rotary Club.
Michael W. Shuster
Vice President, Security
Mike is Vice President and Security Officer for Liberty National Bank. He has been with the Bank since 1973 and has a professional career of working with consumer clients. Mike holds a BS in Comprehensive Business from the University of Findlay.
A resident of Mt. Victory, Mike has held various community positions. He is a member of the Mt. Victory Community Development and Mt. Victory Historical Group.
Vice President, Commercial Lender
Michael has been in banking since 2001, and has served in various roles within the industry.
He began his banking career in 2001 in retail banking & consumer financing. He moved to commercial lending in 2006.
With 10+ years of commercial lending experience, Michael is knowledgeable in many areas of commercial lending.
These include but are not limited to: commercial & industrial, agricultural, investment real estate, real estate development, and acquisition financing.
Michael is a graduate of Cardington-Lincoln High School.
He graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management.
Michael also completed chamber of commerce leadership programs with both the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and the Marion Area Chamber of Commerce.
Michael and his wife, Cathy, reside in Marion, Ohio with their two daughters, Makenna and Whitney.
Michael is actively involved in activities with his family including coaching both of his daughters in various sporting activities.
He also has served various terms in multiple roles on his local Church board, and currently serves on the finance council.
Gary A. Wallberg
Gary comes to Liberty National Bank with over 25 years in the Financial Services industry.
Gary began his career in 1993 in the Life Insurance business, after having spent 10 years as an Engineer (his college education). With tongue in cheek, Gary likes to say he is a “Recovering Engineer”! He has held various roles in the industry, including working for a high-end Financial Planning firm, 3 Investment Firms and as a Financial Advisor through Financial Institutions in Central Ohio.
Gary resides in Dublin, OH with his wife and 2 children. He also is very involved in charity activities through his Church, St. Brigid of Kildare and is active in a number of groups within the Church and community.
Corsie M. Arn
Assistant Vice President and Branch Operations Manager, Ada Branch
Corsie is the Branch Operations Manager for the Ada office. She has been with Liberty National Bank since February 2003. Corsie has served as Teller, Teller Supervisor and HR Assistant. Corsie has attended Rhodes State College (AKA LTC) and has attended several seminars and completed courses on managing and supervising. She has taken continuing education classes for Managers, and Supervisors.
Corsie is a 2013 graduate of Hardin leadership and is currently serving on the Ada Area Chamber Board of Directors as treasurer / secretary. She also serves on the Ada Buy Local Committee of Ada and Ada Pool Committee.
Corsie has been a lifelong resident of Hardin County and resides outside of Ada with husband Scott and two children Kama and Kaden.
Heather R. Cox
Assistant Vice President, Director of Marketing
Heather is responsible for the marketing and public relations for the Bank. She has been with Liberty since 2002. Prior to working at Liberty National Bank, she worked for the Ohio Bankers League as an Education Coordinator. Heather is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a bachelors degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management. She is also a 2003 graduate of the OBL School of Banking and attends the yearly OBL Marketing Conference.
In the community, Heather is a member of the Ada Kiwanis Club and a Past President, President of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the
Hardin County Business Alliance Chamber and Tourism Committee. Heather serves on the Logan County Chamber’s Golf Outing Committee and on the Putnam County Autism Advisory Council.
Heather is a member of the Ohio Bankers’ League Community Bank Sales and Marketing Advisory Board. Heather is a past Board Member for the Logan County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a former Chamber Ambassador; she won the 2005 Ambassador of the Year award.
Assistant Vice President, Deposit Operations Manager, BSA, OFAC, Privacy and Information Security Officer
Amanda is the Deposit Operations Officer. She has been with Liberty National Bank since May, 1999. Amanda received her Business Admin degree from University of Northwestern Ohio in May, 2006. With Liberty, Amanda has held a teller and Customer Service Rep position and Assistant to the Operations Officer prior to becoming Operations Officer in 2013. Amanda also is the bank’s BSA Officer.
Amanda has attended numerous banking schools, seminars, continuing education courses and training sessions. In the community Amanda is a past board member, treasurer and secretary of the Kenton Kiwanis club and past member of the In-Hardin Tennis Board.
Amanda and her husband, Andrew reside in rural Kenton with their two daughters.
Assistant Vice President, Loan Operations Manager
Justin joins Liberty as the Loan Operations Manager in Kenton. He has more than 12 years of experience in the banking industry ranging from Branch Manager to Director of Operations. Prior to his banking career, Justin worked in the insurance industry for 6 years gaining professional certifications for all lines of insurance products and investments. He has also attended various OBL seminars and is a proud graduate of their compliance school and school of bank management.
Justin currently resides in Marion with his wife Rebekah and their son Connor. He enjoys being active in his hometown community by attending various fund-raising events and volunteering his time coaching youth sports teams across the county.
Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer
Kelly is the Compliance Officer. She has been with Liberty National Bank since August, 2009. Prior to coming to Liberty National Bank, she spent 16 years at a local community bank holding such positions as teller, deposit operations, loan processor and Deposit/Loan Operations manager. Kelly has attended numerous banking schools, seminars, continuing education courses and training sessions. She is a graduate of the OBL School of Real Estate Lending, the OBL Compliance School and the 2012 OBL Advanced Compliance School. Kelly and her husband Tom have 2 grown children, Shane and Erica, and reside in Bluffton, Ohio.
Ryan J. Lane
Assistant Vice President, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Ryan joined the Liberty National Bank team in October 2019 as Assistant VP of Consumer/ Mortgage Lending for the Kenton Branch. Ryan brings with him 10 years of banking experience including Branch operations, investments/insurance, and consumer lending. Ryan holds a B.S Degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership from the Urbana University.
Ryan has been active in Logan County
United Way, Logan County Chamber of Commerce, and served as a Past President of Kiwanis International in Bellefontaine.
Ryan and his wife Shelly have 3 children: Reilly, Nolan, and Averi and he is a resident of Bellefontaine, OH
Nanette has been with Liberty National Bank since April 2003. She graduated from Farm Credit University with the degree of Commercial Ag Lender. She has also successfully completed CBAO’s Commercial Lending Institute. Nanette is a 2009 Graduate of Hardin Leadership. Nanette is a Board Member of the Union County Agriculture Association and for Hardin County Hospice. She is Past Board Member of the American Cancer Society of Hardin County and past Chairperson of the Hardin County Relay for Life. Currently, Nanette resides in rural Hardin County with her husband, Vaughn Pfeiffer.
Kevin R. Serna
Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender
Kevin Serna joined Liberty National Bank in June 2019 as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender working in the Westerville and Columbus areas. Prior to joining Liberty National Bank, Kevin spent time working in the banking industry in various capacities. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Augustana College. He is involved with the Young Professionals of Columbus and volunteers with various activities in the community.
Evan joined Liberty National Bank in January, 2014 and currently fills the Branch Operations Manager for the Marysville Office. Evan worked the previous ten years as Branch Manager of another Marysville Financial Institution. Evan has been in banking since 1986 and primarily worked to assist customers with Consumer Banking and Lending needs. He attended Ohio University and is a lifelong Columbus, Ohio resident.
Evan is currently a United Way of Union County Board Member, served as Vice Chair for the 2015 United Way Campaign Drive, and Chairman for the 2016 Campaign. Evan is on the Board of the Marysville Chapter of AmSpirit, a Member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce and the Marysville Association of Realtors.
Evan is an alumnus of the Union County Leadership Program, and has served on Memorial Hospital’s Business Relationship Committee.
Evan and his wife Linda married in 1984, and have two children. In his downtime he enjoys attending sporting events, travel, and hanging out with friends and family.
Laura M. Stimmel
Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Laura joined Liberty National Bank in April 2017 as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager, Mortgage and Consumer Lender for the Westerville office. She has been in banking since 1991. She obtained her education from Franklin University and various Ohio Bankers League classes. Prior to coming to Liberty National Bank, she spent 15+ years at a Delaware county based community bank and held many positions such as Teller, CSR, Loan Operations, Loan Officer and Branch Manager. She is an active member of the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce, Genoa Township Business Association, Westerville Area Realtors Association and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
Laura resides in Sunbury with her husband, Ted. They have two grown children, Jordan and Heather. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
David S. Willoby
Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender
David joined the Liberty National Bank team in 2019 as the Branch Operations Manager for our Bellefontaine North and Bellefontaine South branches. In August 2020, he left that position to become the Commercial Lender for the Bellefontaine area.
David brings with him over 15 years of experience in banking, finance, investments, and bank operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wright State University.
David is an executive board member of the Logan County Community Improvement Corporation, member of the Board of Directors of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, Allocations Committee of the United Way of Logan County, Rotary Club of Bellefontaine, and Leadership Logan County class of 2020.
David, his wife Jessica, and their 3 children are lifelong residents of Logan County. They enjoy traveling, hiking and outdoors activities.
Branch Operations Manager, Bellefontaine Branches
Kelly joined Liberty National Bank in August 2019 as the Branch Operations Manager in our Kenton office. In August 2020, she became the Branch Operations Manager for our Bellefontaine North and Bellefontaine South branches.
Kelly brings with her more than 15 years of combined experience in management, banking, lending, and bank operations. She has worked various roles as she has progressed in her banking career including teller, banker, and office manager.
Kelly is currently the Executive Director for Habitat for Humanity of Logan County, for which she previously served on the board for approximately five years.
Kelly along with her three children reside in Jackson Center. She enjoys music, including playing the piano, taking vacations with her children, and spending time with all of her amazing family and church friends.
Branch Operations Manager, Kenton Branch
Courtney joined Liberty National Bank in August of 2020 as the Branch Operations Manager in our Kenton office. She brings with her more than 20 years of combined experience in management, banking, lending, human resources, and bank operations. She has worked in many different roles in the banking industry, starting as a Float Teller, Teller Supervisor, Assistant Branch Manager, to Branch Manager.
Courtney along with her husband and five sons reside in Ada. She enjoys Fridays under the lights and College Football. If she is not working, you will find her always on the run spending whatever time she can with her family.
Corrine S. Mitchell
Mortgage and Consumer Lender
Corrie is the Mortgage and Consumer Lender in the Bellefontaine North Office. Corrie has been in Banking since 1997 and has been a Mortgage Lender since 2009. She is a Kent State University Graduate with an associate degree in Accounting. A native of Northeast Ohio Corrie has been a resident of Logan County since 2016. She is a member of Kiwanis and Toastmasters and is a 2018 Graduate of Logan County Leadership. Corrie has a daughter Alexis who is a recent graduate of Hiram College. Corrie resides in Bellefontaine with her husband Dwayne.
Brian K. Moore
Brian joined Liberty National Bank in May, 2019 as a Mortgage Lender at the Marysville Office. He has been in the Mortgage Industry since 1994 and is knowledgeable in many areas of residential lending. He graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
Brian currently resides in Lexington and his wife, Jennifer, has 4 children, Mckala, Ian, Sage and Cohen. In his downtime, Brian enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with his family and the great outdoors.
Jodi Dearth has been with Liberty National Bank since November, 2003. She is a 1992 graduate of Kent State University. She has over twenty years experience in various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. For many years, she served as Administrative Assistant to the CFO of Liberty National Bank. Her duties involve various financial and interest rate risk reporting, as well as regulatory reporting for the bank. She also works with our shareholders.
Jodi is a 2017 graduate of Hardin Leadership, and is a member of the Hardin Leadership Steering Committee. She is also a member of Hardin County/Kenton Soroptimists.
Patrick S. Smith
Patrick has an Accounting degree from Hillsdale College and over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous positions include Internal Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Manager of Financial Control, and licensed insurance agent. He came to Liberty National Bank in January 2009.
Patrick has previously served two terms as a Bellevue City Schools board member and is currently serving as the City Auditor of Bellevue and as a Board Member of the Bellevue High School Alumni Association.
Human Resources Manager
Susan is the Human Resources Manager for Liberty National Bank. She joined our Ada office in November of 1995 as a Loan Processor. Throughout the years she has also worked as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant and HR Assistant. Susan is a 2014 graduate of Hardin Leadership. She has attended the Ohio Bankers League Human Resources Conference, as well as various seminars among them being Principles of Banking.
Susan is a lifelong resident of Hardin County and currently resides in Alger with her husband Dan.
